Blooming Creatives respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation form or book a project, we collect the contact and project information you provide. For the Brand-Ready Business Workbook, we collect your first name, email, phone number, the newsletter notice and SMS choice displayed at signup, the date of submission, and the applicable notice versions. Payment details are handled by our payment providers.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver resources, respond to inquiries, process bookings, and support your project. When you request the workbook, the notice beneath the download button explains that you will also receive occasional Blooming Creatives emails about branding, packaging, resources, and offers. This newsletter enrollment does not authorize matched advertising audiences or marketing text messages. A phone number may be required to request the workbook, but we use it for marketing texts only when you separately check the SMS consent box. Where applicable law requires separate, advance marketing consent, the download notice alone is not sufficient.
Workbook download and email updates
The current workbook form includes a newsletter enrollment notice beneath its download button rather than a separate email checkbox. It also requires a phone number and provides a separate, optional SMS marketing checkbox. Our records distinguish phone collection from SMS consent and store the displayed SMS disclosure, choice, source, version, and time. This approach is intended for U.S. audiences; marketing in locations requiring different or additional consent must follow those requirements. We no longer collect advertising-audience permission through the workbook form; earlier consent choices remain on record.
Tracking and advertising technology
Requesting the workbook or receiving newsletter emails does not grant permission to upload your email to matched advertising audiences. Where we have separately obtained that permission previously, it may be withdrawn at any time. Consent for cookies and advertising pixels is separate from either choice. Embedded third-party features may use technical tracking; if we introduce additional behavioral tracking, we will explain these practices and provide applicable privacy choices.
Third-party services
We use service providers such as Base44 for the website and resource form, HoneyBook for consultation booking and client communication, and Stripe for project payments. For individuals who separately authorized matched advertising before this form changed, we may share a hashed version of their email with platforms such as Meta, subject to their ability to withdraw that permission. These providers have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by emailing us at hello@bloomingcreativesagency.com, including before your first newsletter. If you opt in to SMS marketing, you can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. If you previously authorized matched advertising, you can withdraw that permission; you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We will honor applicable requests and remove withdrawn contacts from future marketing or matched-audience uses as appropriate.
